Whatthe Work Involves
- Handling inbound and outbounddonation-related calls
- Engaging donors professionally andrespectfully
- Accurately entering pledge and donationinformation
- Following compliance and scriptguidelines
- Meeting attendance and performancebenchmarks
- Thisis a 1099 independent contractor opportunity
- Certification attendance and completionis mandatory
- Startup and technical requirementsapply
- Contractors manage their own scheduleand performance
- Performance expectations must bemaintained to continue servicing
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-siteexperience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating systems while speaking
- Dedicated, quiet home workspace
- Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GBrecommended)
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only notpermitted)
- Dual monitors recommended
- No MacBooks or Chromebooks
Benefits
