PRIORITY TOWING

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for our next problem-solving dispatcher. We’re looking for an organized dispatcher to help our growing customer base and field team prioritize service calls. You'll be responsible for preparing work schedules and handling customer requests and complaints. You’ll also communicate with field units and customers using two-way radios, telephones, and messaging apps. You have data entry experience, basic computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. If this sounds promising, apply today!

• Connect with field teams and customers about special requests or details
• Log customer complaints and service tech notes
• Prepare documents for dispatch
• Coordinate service calls for field teams and customers
• Track dispatch service calls and arrival times

• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Dispatch tow truck operators and roadside assistance technicians efficiently.
• Coordinate service calls and communicate updates to customers and drivers.
• Monitor driver locations, availability, and response times.
• Accurately enter and update call information in dispatch software.
• Maintain detailed records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle high-volume call periods while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

• Applicant with experience working with people in stressful and dynamic conditions is preferred
• Candidate must have great customer service communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required

• Previous dispatching experience required; towing industry experience preferred.
• Strong computer and phone communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
