Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our brokerage team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in finding the best insurance solutions by quoting, selling, and servicing personal and/or commercial insurance policies. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Quote insurance policies with multiple carriers to provide competitive coverage options.
• Sell personal and commercial insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Service policyholders by processing endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes.
• Explain coverage options, policy terms, and insurance recommendations to clients.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries, and general account support.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and renewal opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Limited Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Previous insurance agency, brokerage, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and agency management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual preferred
