Customer Support Representative - WFH (UT Only)

$17/hr. + quarterly bonuses (average $700)

Must live in AZ, IA, ID, IL, IN, MN, MO, NM, NV, UT, WI, or WY

Start Date: 8/31/26

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in a call center setting.

  • Quiet dedicated workspace / distraction free environment

  • Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with experience handling high inbound call volume

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices

  • Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types

  • Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively

What you’ll do:

  • You will handle customer inquiries via inbound calls

  • You’ll provide an amazing service to all customers with clear and accurate information.

  • You will research unique inquires to provide a resolution or escalate inquire if needed.

  • You’ll be responsible for following up with all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.

  • You will use internal resources to solve inquiries and keep customer notes in the company database.
