Customer Support and Sales - WFH (Must live in IL)

$17.00/hr. + quarterly bonus up to $1,000

Must live in Illinois or Utah

Start Date: September 8th

In this role, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls, connect with prospective customers, and guide them through the loan application process. Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls

  • Educate customers by explaining the distinctive features and advantages of products and services

  • Initiate proactive outreach to customers as needed, encouraging them to finalize their loan application

  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication

  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

Requirements:

  • Experience in a call center setting is preferred

  • Familiarity with sales metrics, KPIs, and quota-driven performance environments

  • Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices

  • Desire to grow in a sales-based role

  • Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
