Do you love working with your hands, bringing complex systems to life, and solving hands-on technical challenges? Then we're looking for you! As a Conveyor & Automation Systems Installer, you'll install, maintain, and optimize state-of-the-art equipment in manufacturing facilities โ€” keeping everything running smoothly.

You can expect diverse projects, a strong team, and real opportunities to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Install & commission conveyor systems and automation equipment per technical specs and schematics
  • Troubleshoot & repair conveyor belts, automated machinery, and control systems using tools like ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments
  • Perform maintenance on hydraulic systems, electrical wiring (low and high voltage), welding, and mechanical adjustments
  • Safely operate scissor lifts to access elevated work areas during installation or repairs
  • Read & interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system documentation
  • Partner closely with our technical sales team to support customers with your expertise
  • Use a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule and document work
  • Uphold all safety standards (including HVAC/R protocols where applicable)
  • Provide field service support for ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as an industrial mechanic, in industrial maintenance, or a related field
  • Strong electrical skills: low voltage systems, high voltage safety procedures, and electrical schematics
  • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), control systems, and automation technology
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulics, welding, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical assembly
  • Ability to accurately read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex issues efficiently
  • Ability to safely operate industrial equipment such as scissor lifts (certification a plus)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in English

Bonus points: Familiarity with CMMS software, a military background, or field service experience โ€” welcome, but not required!

What We Offer

  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Parental leave
  • A dynamic work environment with genuine team spirit and growth opportunities

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
