Prestige Cargo is hiring professional CDL-A OTR drivers for over-the-road opportunities. We offer competitive percentage-based pay, reliable freight, late-model Volvo equipment, flexible home time, and strong support from a driver-focused team.

Pay and Earnings

• Earn 30% of gross revenue
• Drivers average $8,000-$12,000 in weekly gross revenue
• Average weekly driver earnings: $2,100-$4,000
• Weekly pay every Monday
• One-week payroll hold applies
• Consistent freight and steady miles

Home Time

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• 2 weeks out, 2 days home
• 3 weeks out, 3 days home
• Longer routes available for drivers who prefer extended time on the road

Equipment

• Late-model 2018-2022 Volvo automatic trucks
• Refrigerator and power inverter included
• Company-paid truck and trailer maintenance

Bonuses

  • Level I - $150

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of CDL-A experience in the United States

OR

• Recent CDL graduates with previous professional commercial truck driving experience in Europe are encouraged to apply
• Experience with Flatbed, Step Deck, Conestoga, Reefer, or Dry Van freight is preferred

• Escrow: $2,000-$2,500
