Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Auto Spa
• Lead, train, and manage staff schedules, performance, and accountability
• Ensure exceptional customer service and member satisfaction
• Manage memberships, sales performance, and revenue targets
• Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and service quality
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Report operational metrics and performance to ownership

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager (auto spa, car wash, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills
• Sales‑driven mindset with experience in memberships or recurring revenue models
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
