Premier 1 Pool & Spa Supply is seeking a reliable, experienced Pool Service & Repair Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, and has hands-on experience with pool and spa equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine pool maintenance and cleaning
• Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment
• Install and replace pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and salt systems
• Open and close swimming pools
• Troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues related to pool systems
• Maintain accurate service records
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Experience in pool service, pool repair, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry
• Ability to diagnose and solve equipment issues independently
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• CPO Certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation:

$20–$35+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
