We are looking for a skilled general machinery Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our Des Plaines, IL facility.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain plant machinery and equipment following a preventive maintenance schedule to keep equipment functioning at maximum efficiency and reliability.
• Analyze and trouble-shoot equipment problems as they occur.
• Follow all safety practices and immediately corrects or reports unsafe or hazardous conditions.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced with basic hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Familiar with basic carpentry, plumbing and building maintenance
• Knowledge of CNC machinery and equipment maintenance
• Able to read and understand maintenance schedules, machine schematics, and troubleshooting manuals
• Able to climb ladders, stoop, bend and otherwise physically able to access all areas of machinery and equipment to perform maintenance
• Valid driver's license
