Job Title: Sales Executive Location : Remote Reports To : VP of Sales Job Description Summary This role requires a fast-paced, exceptionally competitive, results oriented Sales Executive who has a history of exceeding quota and achieving aggressive growth. You will be responsible for selling comprehensive RCM services to practices throughout the US based primarily for energetic salesperson(s) who want to succeed and expand their role within an organization as it grows. Professional path in place to accommodate personal grow as you expand sales revenue for future departmental growth.
Responsibilities Build a sales pipeline by qualifying leads, and hunting for leads. Qualify leads and ultimately close sales. Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPI's).
Sells company products and/ or services in assigned area or territory. Cultivates and calls on potential new key accounts. Speaks directly with new customers to explain features and merits of products or services offered.
Demonstrates product or services and assists in the best application of products or services. Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate coordination of sales negotiations where required. Closes transactions and takes orders; calculates and quotes prices.
Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients. Develops and implements sales plans and activities. Learns about Alta Medical services, keeping up to date with competitor and market trends.
Participate in company attended Trade Shows when required. Travel Requirements - From time to time, business transactions may require travel. In addition, travel may be required 3-4 times a year to national shows and events (2-4 days).
We expect less than 15% travel when pandemic conditions have sub-sided. Required Qualifications 7-10 plus years of experience selling RCM services in healthcare Required proficiency at providing both in-person and online presentations Required proficiency in managing all aspects of sales from lead generation to obtaining the close Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Must be proficient in SalesForce Bachelor's Degree History of exceeding quota consistently Preferred Qualifications Experience carrying and exceeding assigned quota Knowledge of the medical industry Able to build a pipeline and sell consultatively Can build rapport and sell without benefit of eye contact Consistently exceed expectations
