Work Environment

This full-time position requires an onsite presence at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Naples, Florida, an area renowned for its vibrant community and supportive healthcare ecosystem. You will be part of a collaborative team that includes other physical therapists, occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals dedicated to providing patient-centric care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients referred by physicians, developing tailored treatment programs based on individual needs and evidence-based practices.
  • Implement effective treatment modalities for therapeutic intervention with a focus on patient functional improvement.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and outcomes while aligning with the physician’s plan of care.
  • Provide patient education to enhance understanding of treatment goals and techniques, ensuring family members and caregivers are informed and involved.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and optimize care strategies.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients.
  • Achieve minimum productivity standards while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the rehabilitation facility.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists predominantly of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of varying backgrounds, including pediatric and adolescent populations, as well as athletes and active adults. Our goal is to provide personalized care plans that not only address immediate rehabilitation needs but also promote long-term health and mobility.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
  • Valid state Physical Therapy license in Florida.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Proficient in technology including electronic health record (EHR) systems, word processing, and clinical documentation software.
  • A commitment to building strong relationships with patients to help them exceed their functional rehabilitation goals.
  • A desire to positively engage with the community and promote healthy lifestyles.
Preferred Experience

While a new graduate may be considered, previous experience in an orthopedic setting or clinical rehabilitation environment is preferred. Familiarity with different treatment modalities and evidence-based practices will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Powerback Physio Healer LLC offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
