PowerPro 360, a division of Good Place Holdings, is seeking a motivated and experienced AssetPro - Sales Consultant to drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and lead sales initiatives for our AssetPro solutions.

This role combines individual sales leadership, business development, customer relationship management, and sales team development. The ideal candidate is a strategic and energetic sales professional who understands industrial, commercial, and utility markets and can translate customer needs into effective solutions.

What You'll Do

• Achieve sales growth and revenue targets by successfully selling PowerPro 360 services and solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans that expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering solutions that provide value.
• Lead the recruiting, goal setting, coaching, development, and performance management of sales representatives.
• Establish and manage individual and team sales objectives.
• Guide the sales process from initial opportunity through successful close.
• Present sales results, revenue, expenses, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets, industry trends, competitive activity, and changes in customer needs.
• Develop creative and innovative approaches to support business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations and business objectives are aligned.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, customer meetings, and presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Successful experience as a sales representative, sales manager, or similar sales leadership role.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of industrial, commercial, and/or utility markets.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate sales professionals.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people-management skills.
• Commitment to continued professional development through workshops, seminars, conferences, and other learning opportunities.

Work Environment & Travel

This position primarily works in a professional office environment with extended periods at a workstation and frequent communication by computer, phone, email, and in person.

Travel is an important part of this position and may include driving or flying to customer locations, industry events, presentations, and other business activities. Travel may involve a variety of locations, audiences, and facility types.

A valid driver's license and passport, or the ability to obtain a passport, are required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at a workstation for extended periods, typically 8 hours per day.
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, email, and in person.
• Ability to occasionally lift objects up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to regularly hear, see, and speak.
• Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb as required.
