We are looking for a dedicated and motivated sales associate to join our team. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer service needs and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the store’s visual appearance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer service needs
• Maintain store’s appearance

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Strong clientele and customer follow-up skills
• Ability to think proactively to anticipate client's needs
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• Sage experience
• Buying experience
• Retail sales: 1+ year
• Customer service: 1+ year
• Design/Merchandising experience a plus
• Vendor relations a plus
