Your work may include:

• Conducting structured professional conversations using virtual communication platforms
• Building and maintaining professional relationships through approved digital channels
• Engaging with individuals interested in personal, career and leadership development
• Using established communication, onboarding and client-engagement processes
• Participating in ongoing professional and skills development
• Maintaining accurate activity records and following required processes
• Managing your work independently within an agreed operating framework
