Our busy personal injury and workers' compensation firm is looking for an efficient, organized receptionist to help our attorneys and paralegals assist clients and ensure we’re operating smoothly. You’ll assist with answering phones, maintaining the office calendar, mailing of correspondence and legal documents, data entry into client management software, and scanning documents. Responsibilities

• Managing calendars for attorneys
• Managing the office’s phone lines
• Mailing documents and correspondence
• Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the legal field
• Experience providing executive support
• Superior organizational and communication skills
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Must be proficient in MS Office, Outlook and able to learn new software
• Must speak Spanish, other languages is also a plus
