• Customer Interaction:
  • Warmly greet guests and seat them. 
  • Present menus and answer questions about menu items. 
  • Offer recommendations and suggestions based on customer preferences. 
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders. 
  • Provide attentive service throughout the meal, checking on guests and addressing any needs. 
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude. 
    
• Order Management:
  • Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system. 
  • Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar staff. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. 
  • Monitor food quality and presentation. 
    
• Food & Beverage Service:
  • Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Ensure proper table settings and condiments are available. 
  • Clear finished courses and reset tables for the next guests. 
    
• Payment Processing:
  • Present bills to guests. 
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently. 
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions. 
    
• Restaurant Maintenance:
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area. 
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables and cleaning. 
  • Ensure the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations. 
    
• Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. 
  • Communicate effectively with team members to address guest needs. 
  • Assist other servers as needed.
