The representative primarily uses a proprietary CRM system along with email, phone, and texting to manage customer interactions and enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and effective customer support and communication
- Engage in cross-selling insurance products to meet client needs
- Adhere strictly to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate regularly with underwriters and insurance agents
- Manage customer data and service requests using proprietary CRM software

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Holds Property & Casualty License, and Life, Accident, and Health licensure
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Accurate data entry and excellent time management
- High attention to detail and conflict resolution capabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team
