As an IT Network Operations Analyst, you will help maintain and improve critical technology systems that support enterprise operations. This role combines network operations, incident management, business process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable technology services and continuous operational improvements.
Working closely with infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and end users, you will troubleshoot technical issues, identify opportunities for process optimization, and support the successful delivery of technology initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems while also improving business processes and customer experience.
Your Day-to-Day Activities:
- Monitor the health and performance of enterprise network and technology systems
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while coordinating with technical support teams
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring issues
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities using established IT service management processes
- Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Assist with planning and coordinating software releases, upgrades, maintenance windows, and infrastructure changes
- Participate in cross-functional projects that improve technology services, business processes, and operational efficiency
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
- Ensure compliance with company standards, security requirements, and IT governance policies
- Provide technical support, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to junior team members as needed
The Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 3+ years of experience supporting IT operations, network infrastructure, systems administration, or enterprise technology environments
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Experience working with enterprise ticketing or IT service management platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and standard business applications

- Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure or telecommunications environments
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery methodologies
