Pinnacle Autohaus

We are seeking a dedicated Auto Service Advisor to join our small team of 1-3 members. In this role, you will primarily work with passenger cars and light trucks/SUVs, using industry-standard software such as Mitchell and Dealertrack. You will be the main point of contact for customers, providing excellent in-person service by managing appointments, following up on service needs, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the vehicle service process.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers mostly in-person to understand their vehicle service needs
• Schedule appointments efficiently using service scheduling software
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Coordinate with technicians and team members to ensure timely service completion
• Assist with invoicing and payment processing using industry-standard tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in automotive service advising
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Effective time management and conflict resolution abilities
