Job Description
PinPoint Analytics is a data and analytics company that collects publicly available government records related to infrastructure and construction projects (roads, utilities, bridges, parks, etc.).
We operate a national public records program and are seeking a Delaware resident to support compliance with the Delaware Public Records Act, which requires in-state residency for certain public records requests.
This is a very low time-commitment, part-time W-2 role designed primarily to satisfy residency requirements. Our automated system handles request generation, submission, tracking, and follow-up.
What This Role Involves
- Serving as the named Delaware resident on public records requests
- Requests are generated and managed entirely by PinPoint’s automated systems
- No drafting, legal work, or ongoing effort required
- No interaction with government agencies beyond what our system handles
All records relate to routine, non-controversial public infrastructure projects.
Time Commitment
- Minimal to none after onboarding
- No set hours
- Fully remote
- Designed as passive, ongoing engagement
Compensation
- Part-time W-2 employment
- Monthly compensation for continued availability
- Long-term arrangement for as long as residency is maintained
Requirements
- Must be a Delaware resident
- Must be comfortable serving as the named requester for public records
- Reliable and responsive for occasional confirmations
- No law degree or legal experience required
