MedStar Health is seeking Neurologists to join the teams at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center (MFSMC) and MedStar Union Memorial Hospital (MUMH) in Baltimore, Maryland.  Neurologists on staff have the opportunity to be on faculty at Georgetown University. Dr. Carlo Tornatore, Chair of Neurology for MedStar Health, and the team at Georgetown University welcome faculty to participate in MedStar wide grand rounds, faculty meetings, collaboration with other subspecialists within the department, and participation in clinical research and teaching.

Position Highlights:

• Georgetown University faculty appointment (Associate or Assistant level, dependent on experience)
• Looking for a  Vascular trained neurohospitalist to cover inpatient consults and do some outpatient vascular clinic
• Dedicated research support including clinical trial personnel
• Opportunities to teach medical students and residents

• Join Dr. Justin Martello (Chair of Neurology at MFSMC) and their team
• Comprehensive Stroke Center with a dedicated Neuro ICU

MedStar Union Memorial Hospital Highlights:

• 223 beds
• Primary Stroke Center
• MUMH is home of the Curtis National Hand Center and has a large cardiology presence
• MUMH with large neurosurgical/orthospine services on campus 

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Graduated from an accredited residency program.
• MD Licensure
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing clinical excellence and professional development.
