Picks Gallery is central Missouri's specialty building supply company fireplaces, stone, shower doors, mirrors, custom closets, and outdoor living with locations in Osage Beach and Columbia. We've built our reputation on solving problems other suppliers won't touch: challenging custom projects, demanding timelines, and repeat builder relationships earned by delivering on budget and on schedule.
We're a growing company at an inflection point, with a clear path to the next stage of growth. We're hiring a General Manager to own our Osage Beach operation the lakefront market where custom homes, contractors, and homeowners expect things done right.

What you'll own

• Full P&L responsibility for the Osage Beach location revenue, margin, expenses, and results
• The team hiring, developing, and leading operations, installation, and support staff
• Builder and contractor relationships growing repeat business with the trades that drive this market
• Operations scheduling, inventory, deliveries, and installations that hit deadlines, every time
• Problem-solving custom and complex projects are our specialty; you'll be the one who figures out how to say "yes" profitably
• Growth initiatives working directly with ownership on the projects that take us to the next level and beyond

How you'll be rewarded

• Base salary of $65,000$85,000, depending on experience
• Performance bonus tied to location profitability and growth as the business grows, so does your compensation
• A compensation plan designed to scale with the role, reviewed as the location hits growth milestones
• A path toward equity for the right person who proves they can build this business, future ownership percentage is on the table. We want a partner-minded operator, and we're structuring this role so the upside is real.

You're a fit if

• You have 5+ years of management experience in building supply, construction, home improvement, trades, or a related industry with P&L or budget ownership
• You're a natural problem-solver who gets energized by "how do we make this work?" instead of frustrated by it
• You've built something a team, a territory, a department, a business and can tell us exactly how
• You're comfortable being hands-on in a small-company environment: selling when needed, jumping into operations, talking to contractors on job sites
• You hold yourself and your team to on-time, on-budget, every-time standards
• You want your compensation tied to results, and you see ownership as a goal worth working toward

You're not a fit if

• You're looking for a corporate structure with layers between you and the outcome
• You prefer following a playbook to writing one
• You see customer problems as someone else's department
