Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and property owners to inspect roofs and discuss roofing solutions
• Perform roof inspections using company-provided tools
• Generate estimates and present proposals
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Update customer information and sales activities in our CRM
• Work closely with office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries is a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs when needed
• Comfortable using technology, apps, and CRM software

Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based
• Leads Provided
• High earning potential with no cap on commissions
