Make a Difference with PFC

At PFC, our mission is simple:to give peace of mind to clients and consumers by providing reliable and effective recovery solutions — with compassion. As aRecovery Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping consumers find solutions to outstanding accounts while supporting our clients with integrity and professionalism.

This is more than just a collections role — it’s an opportunity to build communication skills, problem-solve, and grow your career in a supportive, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Recovery Specialist, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with consumers about their accounts.
  • Listen carefully, understand consumer needs, and work together to create solutions.
  • Negotiate and set up payment arrangements using our proven tools and resources.
  • Update account information accurately and thoroughly.
  • Follow compliance standards (we’ll train you!) to ensure respectful, ethical interactions.
  • Partner with your team and escape calls when necessary.
  • Be part of a positive workplace that values respect, accountability, and compassion.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

You’ll be successful in this role if you are:

  • A strong communicator who enjoys helping people.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using computers and phone systems.
  • A team player with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment preferred.
  • Collections or customer service experience a plus, but not required — we provide training!
Why You’ll Love Working at PFC

  • Supportive team culture: Work alongside peers and leaders who are here to help you succeed.
  • Career development: Gain valuable skills in communication, negotiation, and compliance.
