Tax Associate (Advisor Track)

Pay: $65,000-$85,000 annually (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Location: Loveland, CO (Hybrid)

Reports To: Director of Operations

Are you an EA or CPA looking for more control over their career path? Are you tired of not being able to provide clients with full picture tax planning? Are you longing to do more than just tax prep and pump out returns?

Perspective Wealth Advisors is a financial planning firm that launched a tax offering in 2025. Next year, we expect to serve 50 clients (file around 60 total returns) and continue growing intentionally and thoughtfully from there. We're not trying to become a high-volume tax shop. We care about excellence, strategy, simplicity, and helping clients make wise financial decisions through integrated year -round planning.

As part of our team, you'll prepare tax returns, coordinate with clients, support tax planning initiatives, and work alongside financial advisors to deliver an integrated client experience.

What You Would Do

• Prepare tax returns
• Learn financial planning
• Provide tax planning support
• Client coordination and workflow management
• Provide white glove client service

Qualifications

• CPA, EA, or actively pursuing one
• 2+ years of tax preparation experience
