As the first face and voice our patients encounter, you’ll play a huge role in creating an experience that’s comfortable, caring, and stress free from the very first hello.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism—first impressions matter!
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments like a pro
• Answer phone calls and confidently assist patients with questions
• Keep patient records accurate, organized, and up to date
• Work closely with clinical staff to keep days running smoothly
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payment processing
• Handle general admin tasks like filing, data entry, and correspondence
What We’re Looking For
• Dental or medical office experience
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication
• Experience with dental practice software (a plus!)
• A professional, friendly attitude and genuine passion for patient care
• Ability to stay calm, upbeat, and efficient in a busy environment
