Project Manager / Scheduler

We are a small, growing pool construction company looking for a reliable and organized Project Manager / Scheduler to help manage daily jobs, crews, timelines, and customer communication.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Schedule pool construction projects and daily crew assignments
  • Coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
  • Track job progress from start to finish
  • Order and coordinate materials as needed
  • Communicate schedule updates with customers and team members
  • Help keep projects on time and organized
  • Handle basic office/admin tasks related to projects
Requirements:
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Pool construction experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Must be dependable and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer/phone skills required
