The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting a small HR team by managing core human resources functions for all employees company-wide. Reporting directly to corporate leaders, this position handles employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and payroll support while ensuring adherence to HR policies using tools like ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is skilled in managing manual workflows and conflict resolution without any travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and facilitate conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Administer benefits and support payroll processing
• Coordinate performance management and training programs
• Implement HR policies and maintain accurate HR records
• Support onboarding and employee integration processes
• Generate HR reports and manage vendor relationships
• Utilize HRIS systems, primarily ADP Workforce Now, for daily operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in human resources
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and manual workflows
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law
• Experience in onboarding and conflict resolution
• Excellent time management and HR administration skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
