Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand clinical and business opportunities within the community.
- Foster a high-performance customer service culture by mentoring and guiding pharmacy staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Oversee non-sterile compounding processes and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Utilize advanced pharmacy systems like PioneerRx to optimize workflow and service delivery efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading pharmacy operations, with a focus on regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
- Ability to develop and expand clinical services, including non-sterile compounding programs.
- Proficiency in using advanced pharmacy systems like PioneerRx to optimize workflow and improve patient outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills to recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing pharmacy team.
- Experience in managing inventory, financial performance, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and profitability.
