ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021, and today our team includes five members working together in a relaxed, supportive environment. Before becoming an agent, I spent time in the oil industry, which helped shape my work ethic and appreciation for strong teamwork and accountability.
I attended Texas A&M and am married with two daughters who keep life busy outside the office. Family is important to me, and that perspective carries into how I run the agency. I believe people do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and given the space to succeed.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Paul Cleveland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
