Job Details
Pat Gallagher’s Hospitality Group is home to some of the Northshore’s most celebrated restaurants, known for white-tablecloth dining, fresh Gulf seafood, and true Southern hospitality. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Dishwashers to support our back-of-house operations and ensure our culinary team can deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of one of Louisiana’s premier hospitality groups.

Multiple locations are available within our group, offering opportunities to match your skills with the right kitchen team and concept.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchenware

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dish station throughout service

• Assist kitchen staff by restocking clean items promptly

• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to uphold health standards

• Remove trash, sweep/mop dish area floors, and support overall kitchen cleanliness

• Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks when needed to support the team

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen support experience preferred but not required

• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused during busy shifts

• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-oriented attitude

• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
