Position Summary

As a Bench Jeweler, you will play a key role in the production, repair, restoration, and finishing of fine jewelry. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including polishing, cleaning, laser work, mold making, jewelry repair, stone setting assistance, and custom jewelry production. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to refine your skills while delivering exceptional craftsmanship to our clients. Open to full time or part time.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality jewelry repairs on rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other fine jewelry
  • Polish, clean, and restore jewelry to showroom quality condition
  • Perform laser guided work
  • Create molds for custom jewelry production
  • Assist with the fabrication and assembly of custom jewelry pieces
  • Inspect finished pieces to ensure exceptional quality and craftsmanship
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workbench
  • Work closely with designers and team members throughout the custom jewelry process
  • Utilize modern jewelry technology, including CAD and 3D printing, when applicable
  • Continue developing new bench skills through ongoing training and mentorship

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of bench jewelry experience preferred
  • Experience with jewelry repair and finishing techniques
  • Experience with polishing and cleaning fine jewelry
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable learning and using modern jewelry technology
  • Positive attitude with a team oriented mindset
  • Passion for craftsmanship and continuous professional growth
