Looking for a career opportunity where you can build valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills?
We’re hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to represent free energy-saving programs available to eligible customers in the area.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
You’re not walking into a neighborhood trying to sell customers an expensive product or service.
Our team helps customers learn about and enroll in free energy-saving programs they may qualify for.
The enrollment process is designed to be simple and straightforward. Customers are aware that our team will be in the area, and the process does not require customers to provide sensitive personal information just to learn about the program.
Your job is to:
  • Explain how the energy-saving program works
  • Answer customer questions
  • Help eligible customers complete the enrollment process
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Represent the program professionally in the community
  • Work toward individual and team goals
NO EXPERIENCE? THAT'S OKAY.
This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous sales experience is not required.
We provide training, coaching, and mentorship to help you develop your communication, customer service, sales, and leadership skills.
As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, you can take on additional responsibilities and advance within the organization.
