We are looking to add someone to our Parma Chiropractic family who is upbeat, has attention for detail, a love for natural health and people!

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, collecting payment, taking phone calls and texts, and handling patient inquiries.
• Manage the office schedule.
• Make our patients feel appreciated, seen and cared for. Make personable conversation and establish relationships with them over time.
• Perform some basic insurance billing and collections.
• Conduct conversations with patients in the waiting room and make them feel at home and keep the energy levels high and happy in the clinic.
• Help in the treatment rooms as needed with various preparations and assistance to the Doctor.
• Clean office treatment rooms, waiting room and bathroom.
• Make posts for our social media and put email newsletters together to send to our patients. 

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and rapport skills with a focus on creating warm relationships with patients.
• Ability to help the Doctor in the treatment room with therapies that may involve needles or the sight of a small amount of blood (rare). Ability to help patients into gowns if needed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in typing, online programs and social media.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. 

Job Type: Part-time

Starting Salary: $17-19hr

Healthcare setting:

• Private practice

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:

The staff do not wear masks and we do not encourage our patients to wear masks as they have been proven ineffective to stop the spread of COVID. We keep a very clean clinic and purify the air in the office with an ozone machine.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
