Laundry Attendant Job Summary
As part of our Housekeeping and Laundry Services team, you'll play an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. You'll handle personal clothing and linens with care to ensure every resident enjoys fresh, comfortable surroundings that feel like home.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, wash, dry, fold, and deliver resident and facility laundry
  • Maintain proper infection control and cleaning standards
  • Keep residents' closets and drawers organized and labeled
  • Track, label, and return personal laundry items accurately
  • Operate washers, dryers, and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with other housekeeping or cleaning tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • Previous laundry attendant or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Experience in a nursing home, hospital, or senior living community a plus
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
