  3. Team Leadership & Mentorship:
    • Lead and mentor junior video editors, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, sharing new ideas and techniques with the team to continually elevate video output.
    • Oversee and manage your workload of the video editing, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
  4. Project Management:
    • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
    • Collaborate with Studio Coordinators to allocate resources, timelines, and prioritize deliverables effectively.
    • Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding project progress, revisions, and final approvals.
  5. Technical Proficiency:
    • Maintain proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator, Cinema 4D(or comparable), Auditions or Pro Tools, etc.).
    • Keep current with post-production technologies and integrate new tools to streamline workflows and enhance the team's capabilities.

  6. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all video content is reviewed and edited to maintain brand consistency and technical quality.
    • Conduct final reviews to ensure videos meet creative, technical, and legal standards before delivery.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues during post-production and ensure timely resolution.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in video editing and post-production in a professional setting.
  • Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D (or comparable), Auditions or Pro Tools, etc.).
  • Proven experience in mentoring creative post-production teams and managing video projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating creative vision and execution across a range of projects.
  • Experience in color grading, motion graphics, and sound design is highly preferred.
