Our multidisciplinary team collaborates seamlessly to deliver client-centric care, focusing on holistic well-being. We believe in fostering an environment that supports mental wellness and empowers individuals to take control of their mental health journey.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work effectively from the comfort of your home while still engaging with a vibrant team dedicated to improving mental health across our community. The work schedule is typically Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. As you collaborate with a close-knit team of therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff, you will find a culture that emphasizes communication, teamwork, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' unique needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing from diverse modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address the specific needs of individuals, couples, and families.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that create a safe space for patients to explore common mental health concerns and foster a sense of community.
  • Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapeutic staff to coordinate holistic patient care that addresses both physical and emotional health.
  • Provide crisis intervention services during emergency situations, equipping patients with coping strategies to manage acute mental health crises.
  • Deliver educational sessions to patients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resource availability in the community.
  • Maintain sensitive client documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical practices, ensuring a high level of confidentiality.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to stay informed about current best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Paragon Behavioral Health Center, we serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Our commitment is to provide culturally competent care that acknowledges and respects the unique backgrounds, experiences, and needs of our clients. You will work with a variety of cases, giving you the opportunity to impact lives across a spectrum of demographics and circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, including evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic frameworks.
  • Proven experience in conducting detailed mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy to a variety of client demographics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong ethical principles and sound judgment within the therapeutic context.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and a comfort with standard computer applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a clinical or community health setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is a plus.
  • Experience in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with co-occurring disorders.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Our offerings include:

  • Access to a comprehensive healthcare benefits package that conforms with industry standards.
  • A retirement savings plan with employer contributions to support your future financial stability.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay to promote work-life balance.
