Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service
- Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, close sales, and achieve performance goals
- Treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to educate and advise clients during the renewal shopping process
- Foster long-term customer relationships to maintain high levels of client retention and product loyalty
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead database follow-up
Requirements- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Prior insurance industry experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Agency Management Systems
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities effectively
- Team-oriented with a positive, motivated, and driven attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
