Panel builds performance-driven creator programs for the world's biggest companies. Instead of one-off flat fees, creators promote our client's products and services on a performance basis — which means when a deal works, everyone wins. As a CSM I, your job is to build a book of creators who can drive real results for our clients, and to coach them toward deal structures that unlock that upside.

This is an entry-level creator facing role. You'll be building relationships with creators, pitching performance deals, and learning what separates a good creator partnership from a great one. If you're hungry, organized, and fired up by the creator economy, this is the role for you.

You will:

• Build and manage a growing book of creators across relevant platforms and niches
• Educate, pitch, and close performance-based deals with your creators
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for your creators, keeping them informed and engaged on Panel's highest yielding clients
• Match creators to the right client offers based on audience fit and past performance
• Hit monthly individual profit goals and contribute to team goal attainment
• Monitor creator performance and quickly address issues that impact delivery or results
• Communicate clearly, consistently, and set clear expectations with creators around deal terms, deadlines, and expectations
• Learn from CSM II–IV colleagues and bring that knowledge back to your book

What We're Looking For:

• Genuine interest in and knowledge of the creator economy
• Strong relationship-building instincts; you're a connector by nature
• Comfortable with a performance-based comp model
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage a growing number of creator relationships simultaneously
• Clear communicator — written, verbal, and in the DMs
• Experience in sales, talent coordination, creator management, or affiliate/performance marketing is a plus, not a requirement

What You'll Earn

• $2,000/month guaranteed base or 10% commission on all profit your creators generate, whichever is higher
• Increased commission to 15% commission in months when the Creator Team hits its collective goal (90% success rate so far in 2026)
• Typical CSMs earn more than their minimum in 1-2 months of their start date. On average, a CSM at Panel can earn anywhere between $5K to $8K a month in 3-6 months
• Tenure bonuses at Years 2, 3, and 5
• 3-month ramp & training period to help you build your book
• Clear promotion path to CSM II (increased salary + commission) with defined eligibility criteria
