Pallet Recovery Service

Pallet Recovery Service is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team in Vacaville, CA. This position involves repairing and sorting wooden pallets, assisting with warehouse operations, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule:
Alternative Workweek Schedule

6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Repair, sort, and inspect wooden pallets
• Use hand tools and pneumatic nail guns safely and effectively
• Load, unload, stack, and move pallets throughout the facility
• Assist with general warehouse and production operations
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a warehouse environment
• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Mantener un área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura
• Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad

Requisitos

• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras regularmente
• Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico en un ambiente de almacén
• Puntual, responsable y con buena asistencia
• Experiencia en almacén o manufactura es preferida, pero no requerida
• Experiencia con montacargas es una ventaja
• Debe pasar una verificación de antecedentes
