Retail Sales Associate

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the perfect products, provide exceptional service, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. You'll also play an active role in representing our brand by creating and participating in content for our social media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Help achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Create and participate in engaging social media content, including photos and videos that showcase products and promotions.
• Perform other store duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• English speaking required.
• Spanish speaking required.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable appearing in photos and videos for the company's social media platforms.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability is a plus.
