Field Operations Coordinator – Residential Construction

About the Role

We're hiring a Field Operations Coordinator to support daily operations on a large-scale residential construction project in Martin County. You'll work directly alongside the Project Manager and Division Director, keeping crews organized, materials moving, and documentation accurate all from the field.

This is a high-visibility role with real impact on productivity, scheduling, and project flow. It's also a stepping stone into Project Coordination and Operations Management for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily schedules for crews, supervisors, and support staff
• Track attendance and manpower across multiple job sites
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on-site when needed
• Coordinate deliveries and monitor inventory
• Maintain clear communication between field teams and office staff
• Provide real-time project updates and flag issues before they escalate
• Maintain daily logs, field documentation, and production reports
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Support weekly and monthly planning activities
• Promote organization, safety, and adherence to project procedures

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of construction or field operations experience (required)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems in real time under pressure
• High level of reliability and accountability
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft oficce (required)
• Residential construction experience is a plus
• OSHA training is a plus (training provided if needed)
• High School Diploma or GED

Work Conditions

• 100% on-site within a residential community
• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• No direct reports reports to Project Manager and Division Director
• Coordination role only (no purchase or schedule approval authority)

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000 $75,000 annually (based on experience)
