Job description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Switchboard Assembler to join our team in Des Moines, IA, 50321. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical switchboards and related equipment. If you have a passion for assembly and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Assemble electrical switchboards and control panels.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on electrical systems.
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
  • This is an entry level position, training will be provided
  • Proven experience with a strong job history.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
