DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
Pulse Hospitality is seeking a dependable Houseman (Part-Time) to help keep our hotel running smoothly and our guest spaces looking their best. In this role, you will support the housekeeping team by keeping assigned areas clean, stocked, and ready for the day's arrivals-making a direct impact on guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  • Assist housekeeping by maintaining cleanliness and order in guest room areas and common spaces
  • Restock supplies and deliver linens, amenities, and cleaning materials as needed
  • Ensure carts, storage areas, and assigned work zones are organized and properly prepared
  • Support room readiness by helping with tasks that keep rooms on schedule
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow hotel procedures
  • Communicate professionally with team members to ensure smooth handoffs and timely completion

REQUIREMENTS
  • Maintain clean, orderly hotel public areas and back-of-house spaces according to hotel standards.
  • Assist housekeeping and other departments by stocking supplies and handling laundry runs as needed.
  • Clear and reset rooms and corridors to support daily room readiness timelines.
  • Perform assigned cleaning tasks such as mopping, trash removal, and spot cleaning throughout the property.
  • Support guest comfort by addressing minor upkeep needs and reporting issues promptly to supervisors.
  • Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly.
  • Maintain a professional, guest-focused attitude and communicate clearly with team members.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
  • Adhere to Pulse Hospitality policies and all applicable hotel brand and operational guidelines.
  • Lift and move light to moderate items safely for ongoing room and supply tasks.
