Role Description The Window Tinter is a full-time, on-site role based at PSG Wrap & Tint’s facility in Jacksonville, FL. This role is responsible for installing automotive window film on a variety of vehicles, ensuring precise application, clean edges, and high-quality finishes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing glass surfaces, measuring and cutting film, applying tint using proper tools and techniques, and inspecting completed work to meet company standards. The Window Tinter also interacts with customers in a professional manner, explains service options when needed, and helps maintain a clean, organized workspace. Collaborating with team members, following safety guidelines, and meeting scheduled appointment times are essential parts of the role.
Qualifications

• Automotive window tinting experience or strong interest in learning professional tint installation techniques.
• Ability to measure, cut, and apply window film with accuracy, attention to detail, and a focus on high-quality finishes.
• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, professional demeanor, and willingness to answer questions.
• Comfort working with hands-on tools and materials, with good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in and around vehicles, and lift moderate weights as required.
• Reliable time management, ability to follow instructions, and readiness to work a consistent full-time on-site schedule.
• Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and maintaining an organized work area.
• Previous experience in automotive services, detailing, or related trades is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record beneficial.
