Hourly pay PLUS monthly bonus plan!

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience working on tankers or trailers
• Strong knowledge of trailer mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Strong Welding and fabrication skills
• Must have own tools
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair trailer systems, including air brakes, hydraulics, and suspension components.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs and recommendations effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
