Role Description The Valet Attendant is a full-time, on-site position based in Greenville, SC. This role is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and providing clear, courteous directions and assistance as needed. Day-to-day tasks include managing vehicle flow in designated areas, maintaining a clean and organized valet zone, and handling keys and tickets with accuracy. The Valet Attendant may process payments or validate parking, follow safety and security procedures, and report any incidents or vehicle concerns. The role also involves communicating with supervisors and teammates, supporting training of new staff as needed, and consistently delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Valet Parking skills, including safe driving, parking, and retrieving vehicles in busy or confined areas
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests, clients, and team members
  • Cash Handling experience for managing payments, validations, and accurate record-keeping
  • Training experience or willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move quickly, and work outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality in an on-site, customer-facing environment
  • Prior experience in valet, parking operations, hospitality, or related service roles is beneficial
