Night Supervisor

Location: Miramar MCAC

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Night Supervisor to oversee our store operations. In this pivotal role, ensuring the accuracy of stock levels and optimizing logistics to support our dynamic supply chain needs. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of efficiency, safety, and employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storing, and shelving products
• Maintaining cleanliness levels of store locations according to applicable performance work statements
• Conduct regular audits of shelved goods to ensure all expired products are removed and shelf stocker case counts are accurate and in accordance with stated standards
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Maintain positive relationship with Store Director, Store Manager, and QAEs and manage any issues and concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align store operations with overall business goals
• Hiring and termination of custodians as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in store operations
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with electronic timekeeping software
• Experience with supply chain management principles and practices
