Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Operations Specialist to lead the daily operations of our ABA clinic. This role is central to ensuring our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are supported, accountable, and set up for success  while keeping the clinic running smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day.


Position Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day RBT performance
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Monitor attendance and accountability
  • Recognize and celebrate employee achievements
  • Support scheduling processes
  • Make daily staffing adjustments as needed
  • Coordinate coverage for shifts and absences
  • Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly
  • Assess and respond to clinic staffing needs
  • Serve as a key point of contact for staff communication
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Support culture-building efforts across the clinic
  • Oversee general office management
  • Manage clinic opening procedures
  • Maintain supplies and inventory
  • Ensure the clinic is safe and ready for daily operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Operations Manager.

Required Qualifications 

  • Minimum of two (2) years working in in ABA, healthcare operations, or a related clinical support setting
  • High caliber character with strong commitment to ethics and a team player
  • Experience with CentralReach (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • A natural leader who can coach, motivate, and hold others accountable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfort managing scheduling, logistics, and administrative systems
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Passion for supporting frontline clinical staff and improving the employee experience


Job Type: Full-time- 8 hours per day.
