We focus on employee retention, ensuring that Platinum Security can provide clients with the best security officers available. We?re not a ?revolving door,? hiring and firing employees just to keep a post staffed. We encourage long-term relationships between our officers and our clients.
Platinum Security, Inc. has been providing professional service for almost a decade. We pride ourselves for providing the best service available in the private security industry. We are committed to offering our customers the ultimate in service and security, aiming to surpass their expectations.
Duties:
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of customers and associates on premises
- Conduct regular foot patrols to prevent and detect any signs of unauthorized entry or suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Complete detailed daily and incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
Skills:
- Strong observation skills with the ability to identify potential security risks or threats
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of de-escalation techniques and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Must provide current Guard Card and Firearm permits
- Must be at least 21 years old and have own weapon and utilities
- Fluent in English (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work nights & weekends
